ABOUT Shipping Cost Questions, Returns, Rushes, How this Works,
and what if we have an error in our order, what do I do?
Please read this note if your Shipping Charges in the shopping cart seem too high!
When you order via this website your money
is held "in a safe, verified shopping cart" and is not collected
until we manually enter the final amount we need to collect after the
box is weighed and measured and the ACTUAL shipping COST is determined. I DO NOT COLLECT MORE THAN UPS CHARGES ME AND I SEND YOU A RECEIPT IN YOUR BOX WITH THE PRODUCT. (I've never been able to figure that thing out and that is the truth).
IF YOU HAVE WAITED TO LONG TO ORDER: We normally can produce the product if you call us in the early morning or on the weekend.

HAPPEN LIKE LATE PLANES, WINTER.
PLEASE ENDEAVOR TO ORDER EARLY OR BE WILLING TO PAY FOR A FASTER SHIPPING
METHOD FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND FOR YOUR GUESTS. If you do not want to pay the shipping that we discuss that may be necessary and you want us to take a chance and still send it, we will not issue a refund. We do that often, and I'd say there is about a 5% rate that items do not get there, you have to decide if you want that to be you.
SHIPPING OPTIONS: Our MAIN shipper is UPS and USPS.COM Click and Ship.
Click and Ship is Priority Mail and the cost is $5.95 per 1 pound package, $9.62 for heavier packages. There is a $2 handling fee per order. I can do stamps if it is cheaper for you. Scroll down for some estimates.
SHIPPING TIMES: I am in WA state so shipping or mail to NY is 6 business days, 4-5 to the Midwest, 3-4 days to CA and TX. That pretty much applies to both mail and UPS so please count your days and choose your shipping option carefully.
SAMPLE CHARGES ARE LISTED BELOW. If we have to go over to a quicker shipping I will tell you and collect the additional funds from here.

SO I KNOW TO GET YOUR PROOFS TO YOU ASAP!
ESTIMATES: As of 1/2/13 Estimated charges for UPS OR FED EX 1 lb box is usually 100 seed packets or 50 diaper packets and 40 angels and that is $13 in UPS ground, sometimes $ 19-21 for 3 day and $35 for 2 day and $72 (as of 1/13) for a small UPS box. UPS does not do less than 1 lb box.
USPS EXPRESS IS NOT OVERNIGHT BUT A 2 DAY TRIP. WITH ANY SHIPPING, THINGS HAPPEN - PLEASE ORDER EARLY OR BE WILLING TO PAY FOR A FASTER SHIPPING METHOD.
2 lb box that is bigger with 30 pots or 100 angels is about $ 15.87 for ground, $ 32.34 for 3 day, maybe more and EVEN MORE for 2 day and unknown for overnight, I'd have to go to UPS and estimate it using your address and mine plus the weight of the box and size.
8-10 box of 70 pots or so is about $ 18.00 for ground and up from there.
Normally, most orders fall into the $ 7.57 category as UPS changes daily.
HANDLING FEE: A $2 handling fee for the entire order is included in the total cost of the order.
QUESTION: WHAT ABOUT RUSH ORDERS?
Yes, we do Rush orders and do them happily and as quickly as we can. You may have to pay for overnight shipping, 2 day or something appropriate. I may have to have an option to charge you for overnight if we can't get them done the same day you order them. Sometimes 2 other rushes are ahead of you or something unforseen might happen.
Disclaimer: For instance, if you have your order being delivered on Friday and your event is Saturday and you refuse an overnight so that it would get there on Thursday, I am not going to do your order under those conditions. We've had too many times where the Friday del did not happen and your event is ruined. You will have to pay appropriate shipping so that your order arrives on Thurs (2 days before the event) so we have an extra day to deal with any annomolies or hiccups.
PROOFS: After you place your order, I show you a proof, we work together via e-mail or phone until I get your final approval. I normally produce your order the same week and ship according to your requested arrival date. Any questions, feel free to ask me anytime.
If you use the shopping cart your order goes into the approval process and is denied or approved at that point. Then upon shipping and getting your products into the right size box, weighing it and entering that info into UPS, that is when I get an actual shipping cost. Prior to that I can only give you educated guesses on the amounts. See below:
RETURNS: Unless it is our error and we can see that here, I do not accept returns as all products are personalized and are useless after that. However, some parts can be recycled and I will offer compensation for that after the product is returned. So be very careful when you are proofing your order.
If it is our error, we do everything we can and even more to get you a new product and offer some solution to get that favor on the table for your party. However, you must call me asap so I have time to do something about it. Do not wait until Friday and ask for an overnighter for your Saturday shower, it won't be happening. Please check your order upon arrival - we are human we have errored no matter how hard we try. Call me right away, I'm more than happy to make things right. (Ph: 509-962-6631)
